how to do a tra flip!!!!

a tra flip is when the board moves in a 360 and flips at the same time u stat buy geting in the kick flip stance and then u put the back foot so ur tes are a lil bit over were the tail starts to bend up then uflip the board with ur front foot like the kick flip then when its all most starting the flip u scoop the back foot all the way back then u land and the only way that u will land it is with practice and the highest pop u can get!!!!! heres a video of the tra flip!!!
